Our client was a USA based Startup Company, who were a team of experienced HR professionals who had a vision to build a software that is not only easy to use but also comply with law & regulations.
The risks associated with leave management are very high. Lawsuits for such matters are on the rise, DOL audits and fines are becoming frequent.Moving a leave management to a software solution is the answer for such problems, which our client wanted to build.
They had specifications for the software that was an elegant, ridiculously easy-to-use solution to manage and track employees’ leaves, including FMLA, short-term disability, and long-term disability as well as ADA accommodations.
Our job was to convert all those specifications & requirements into reality. Here are some of the features of the software:
